Broadcasting The Core Message
Each month we look at your core audience (existing and potential patients) and determine what topics and messages will resonate with that audience. We start with those two or three key themes and build platform-appropriate content that echos the message.
IN- OFFICE
The most important people in the marketing process are your staff. They need to be aware of all marketing efforts and it needs to be manageable for them
WEBSITE
We update your website regularly with blogs, specials, etc. We use the website to direct potential customers to the monthly focus quickly. It also helps with organic ranking on Google to have regularly updated content that users find relevant.
EMAIL MARKETING
It is much easier and cost-effective to retain an existing patient and expand services than it is to acquire a new patient. We use email marketing to maintain regular communication with existing patients.

SOCIAL MEDIA
85% of adults are on Facebook, the next most used social media platform is Instagram with nearly 40% of adults using the platform. To save clients money we focus on the most used platforms.
PAID DIGITAL
We leverage Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads and more to make sure your message connects with the right people while they are using social media. Paid ads are trackable and provide a significant source of leads for many practices.

GOOGLE- GOOGLE ADS- GOOGLE MY BUSINESS
It is the most used search platform in the United States, with something like 80% market share. Bing does not even come close. We focus on making sure that when patients are searching your practices will show up in their results.
MONITOR & ADJUST FOR GROWTH
Our team is monitoring your accounts, engaging on social media and Google platforms, and staying in regular communication with your team to make sure what the stats show are producing results.
